The Clarity Kit contains all the versions of Clarity and the facilities to allow functionality extensions of Clarity. Running Clarity within your own program can also be done as a separate Dynamic Link Library or alternatively as a link in the interpreter. This will provide the option of developing functions in ClarityPro that can be run within your own program.
Note: The GNU licence GPL3 (see below) is associated with this Clarity Kit. Click here to see a copy of the licence.

These are old versions of Clarity where the development stopped in 2002 using Apple MacIntosh System 9.0. There is no support for these versions but you may find them useful. The databases (programs) created should be compatible with the latest version of Clarity running on a PC (but I cannot be sure since there are some additions to the start of the .ddb file for the current version). We tend to use a PC emulator (such as Parallels Desktop with System 10 or above) if we run on a an INTEL Macintosh System 10.5 or above.
Note: that these old versions of Clarity requires two extra files to be present; bis.fdb and sys.fdb. These contain all the built-in and system library functions.
The GNU 3 licence still applies to these old versions.
